REPLENISHMENT SPECIALIST

As Replenishment Specialist, within the Supply Chain and Logistics Department, you will report to the Global Replenishment Manager and you will be responsible for the following activities:
acquire subsidiaries’ needs through analysis of requests and transfer orders, check products’ availability (stock, production plans), insert deliveries on SAP System;
prepare all therelated documents (transport and invoicing documents, customs documents, etc.);
define shippingmethods and dates, manage possible delays of products' availability and multi-market products requests.

Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.

English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools (EXCEL) are basic requirements.
