YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter for the colorful Hostel in Florence - Viale Redi.

YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. YellowSquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities.

**The Tasks**:

- Dealing with bookings;
- Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
- Dealing with complaints or problems;

**Requirements**:

- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours; **2 night Shifts per week,**:

- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
- 2+ years experience in similar role
