**Posizione**:
We are a leading company in the field of technological innovation and advanced user interface development for the automotive sector. We offer a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where we collaborate with experts from various fields to create high-level solutions. We are looking for an intern in applied cognitive psychology to join our team and conduct user testing activities.
**Role Description**
- Plan, execute, and analyze user tests.
- Collect and interpret data related to user behavior during interactions with our products.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to provide feedback on test results.
- Develop detailed reports to support the design of more intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Actively participate in the research phase and help define criteria for evaluating users' cognitive performance.
**Requisiti**:
- Enrollment in a degree program in Cognitive Psychology, Applied Psychology, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of usability principles and user experience (UX).
- Ability to plan and conduct experiments using scientific methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or other statistical software).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Interest in emerging technologies and human-machine interaction.
- Experience or basic knowledge of usability testing.
- Ability to write clear and detailed reports in both Italian and English.
