Use your abilities and help us move people. Join us as a Security Governance Specialist (M/F/d) We Elevate Your Responsibilities Reporting to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and part of the Global Cyber Security Department (CS) in a Leadership function:
You will be responsible, in collaboration with the CISO, to manage the Cyber Security services:
Strategy & Organization, Service Governance, Program Governance and Technology Governance. You enable the most effective and efficient execution of the Services include in the CS Portofolio, stimulating the integration with others IT and non IT processes and departments you will be responsible of providing regular reporting, at various hierarchiy level, about the status of Schindler Cyber Security posture. Furthermore you have to engage proactively with other functions within and outside the IT organization, team leader, system owners, project and service managers, product owner, controlling, risk management, human resources, compliance etc. and establish trustful relationship and lead by example and deliver - on top - key initiatives personally, thus acting as the first ambassador of the Cybersecurity Strategy and a true campaigner with a lot of drive and passion for getting things done. Task Strategy & Organization:
Support the CISO, Head Cyber Security department (CS), in defining the security strategy and ensuring its alignment with the business, and monitoring the execution through the most adequate organization and service catalogue. Oversees the CS communication plan, the budget and cost management (in strict collaboration with Finance), and the enhancement of the CS staff competences (in collaboration with HR). Service Governance:
Ensure the clear definition and execution of the CS Service Catalogue(Processes description, Workflows, KPIs and enabling documents and tools). Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the services on a monthly basis, through the KPIs and Data Flows maturity collection and performance analysis, ensuring also a clear "processes interface" inside the CS Dept and between the CS Dept and other functions. The service addresses opportunities for improvements and lessons learned. In particular the Reporting Governance process provides regular reporting to the Head Cyber Security, CS Managers and other IT Dept Program Governance:
Govern the Security Capabilites building process (Security Program) to achieve the target maturity increase in the Company security posture, in line with the planned time and cost. Technology Governance:
Ensure that the current Enterprise Security Architeture is maintained in compliance with the expected service level. In fully alignment with the main stakeholders (Infrastructure Dept, Application Dept, etc.) it ensure a clear Target Architecture is defined and approved. B.S. in Cyber Security, Computer Science MBA, or Master in Cyber Security is an nice to have Strong experience in IT Governance service and Budget and Supplier Management Consolidated experience in Visual Analytics platform (preferrable PowerBI) At least 5 years of experience in Project Management Knowledge of ISO 27001 Standard, Cobit, ITIL, ISO 9001 (or any further Certifications) An energetic, self-starter that is organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Consolidated Reporting and Presentation Skills, in particular for C level managers Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively to meet shared objectives, in a team, composed by employees and external members Ability to manage different stakeholders, with different priorities Ability to handle organizational challenges in a complex Digital environment touching different areas:
