**Mansioni principali**
- Progettazione e sviluppo hardware;
- Definizione e validazione dei requisiti e delle specifiche tecniche;
- Effettuazione di test, collaudi e validazioni dei prodotti;
- Redazione e rilascio di dichiarazioni di conformità;
- Redazione della documentazione técnica;
- Assicurare gli standard, le procedure e gli adempimenti per la qualità e le certificazioni;
- Altre attività previste dal ruolo.

**Profilo tecnico(competenze richieste)**
- Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica;
- La conoscenza delle normativa avionica RTCA/DO-254 o in alternativa delle

equivalenti normative di riferimento in contesti “Safety Critical” e una precedente

esperienza nel settore difesa e/o avionico costituiranno requisito preferenziale;
- Almeno 5 anni di progettazione HW analogico/digitale;
- Esperienza con Dx Designer / PADS o tool simili ;
- Esperienza nella progettazione di apparati di conversione di potenza (AC/DC, DC/DC,

inverter, ecc) ,
- Esperienza mista HW/FW e conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN BUS, ARINC-429, MIL-STD-1553);
- Esperienza nella stesura della documentazione di progetto (ICD, HDD, ATP) e di qualifica (QPP, QTP, QTR);
- Capacità di sviluppare un progetto in maniera autonoma partendo dai requisiti di sistema;
- Esperienza di debug e utilizzo di attrezzature da laboratorio (oscilloscopi, multimetri, ecc..);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Attitudine al problem solving, al lavoro in team, autonomia, orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e ottime doti relazionali.
- Domicilio in aree limitrofe all’azienda o, in alternativa, piena disponibilità al trasferimento

**Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi**
- Contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato con adeguato periodo di

prova;
- Full time
- Inquadramento al livello B2 CCNL metalmeccanico; retribuzione in linea con le

competenze e le esperienze effettivamente maturate.
