Siamo alla ricerca di un **Marketing and Communication Manager** a supporto del nostro importante piano di sviluppo.

- **Responsabilità**_
- Sviluppare e implementare la strategia di marketing e comunicazione dell'azienda, in linea con gli obiettivi di business e il posizionamento del marchio nel settore tessile Fashion.
- Creare e gestire il piano di marketing, definendo le attività, i budget e le tempistiche per le diverse iniziative di marketing e pubblicità.
- Supervisionare l'intero processo di sviluppo creativo e produzione di materiale di marketing, inclusi annunci stampati, cataloghi, materiali promozionali, contenuti digitali e campagne pubblicitarie.
- Collaborare con il team di design per sviluppare strategie di comunicazione visiva, garantendo un'immagine coerente e di alta qualità del marchio.
- Condurre ricerche di mercato per identificare le tendenze di consumo, le preferenze dei clienti e le opportunità di sviluppo del mercato.
- Monitorare e analizzare le performance delle campagne di marketing, valutando il ritorno sull'investimento (ROI) e apportando eventuali modifiche e miglioramenti.
- Gestire le attività di comunicazione dell'azienda, inclusi i comunicati stampa, le relazioni con i media e le strategie di social media.
- Collaborare con il team di vendita per sviluppare iniziative di marketing e promozionali per aumentare la visibilità del marchio e supportare gli obiettivi di vendita.
- Mantenere relazioni solide con i partner di pubbliche relazioni, le agenzie creative e altri fornitori esterni per garantire l'eccellenza nell'esecuzione delle iniziative di marketing e comunicazione.
- Monitorare le tendenze del settore e le attività dei concorrenti per identificare opportunità e sviluppare strategie competitive.
- **Requisiti**_
- Laurea in marketing/comunicazione
- Esperienza di almeno 7 anni nel marketing e nella comunicazione nel settore Fashion
- Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche del settore della moda e delle tendenze di consumo.
- Competenza nel posizionamento del marchio, nella strategia di comunicazione e nell'implementazione di campagne di marketing innovative.
- Capacità dimostrate di gestire e coordinare progetti di marketing complessi, dal concetto alla realizzazione.
- Eccellenti competenze di leadership e gestione del team, con la capacità di motivare e sviluppare i membri del team.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e relazioni interpersonali.
- Padronanza delle strategie di marketing digitale e familiarità con gli strumenti e le piattaforme di social media.
- Orientamento ai risultati e abilità analitiche per valutare l'efficacia delle iniziative di marketing.
- Creatività e capacità di pensare in modo innovativo per differenziare il marchio e raggiungere i target di vendita.

- Comprovata esperienza in modelli Omnichannel
- Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e della lingua inglese
- Adattabilità, flessibilità, precisione e tolleranza allo stress, nel rispetto delle scadenze.
