**About us**

**Sime-Tek SpA** is one of the worldwide leaders in the manufacturing of industrial machinery for the poultry industry, in particular egg handling machines. The company operates globally with steady growth for the past years and is now in a new expansion phase in new markets with a huge potential for further growth.

**The Role**

We are looking for a **dynamic **individual to join our offices in Cordenons, **Pordenone** to support the **administration office** in handling daily tasks of customer service and **back-office**, and implementing digital tools to continuously improve internal/external communication and the overall team's productivity.

After gaining knowledge of the company and the products, will also support the sales and marketing manager in organizing **marketing activities** such as exhibitions, promotions, digital marketing, and in developing the sales network through accurate research and direct marketing. The job might require occasional trips to international exhibitions and conferences.

**Qualifications**
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Business/Finance/Marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Positive attitude with organizational, customer service, and communication skills
- Professional Italian and English knowledge, with a third language as a plus (French, Spanish, Russian)
- ERP software knowledge (AS400) preferred
- Digital tools / CRM knowledge preferred
