The CREE Operation & NPD deck specialist will cooperate in defining and use the processes and tools needed to build an engineering intelligence system capable to transform data into strategic information for CREE Managers decision making.
She/He is responsible to establish an effective operating rhythm for the main indicators enabling the organization to achieve the business target. In addition, in this role he/she will be focused on the management of the full NPD deck for CREE org, managing Platforms PM inputs, structuring a sound status of NPD deck, discussing it with involved functional leaders and executives, transforming decisions into actions for engineering, project management and supply chain teams. She/He will overlook to other functions support activities to defining the key parameters to take strategic actions, improving the processes.

**As an **CREE Operation & NPD deck specialist**, you will be responsible for**:

- He/she will have to setup the right business data analytics and tools to search, organize, and deliver info to the organization, define and monitor actions. Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
- Definition of activities templates according to the Engineering organization working models.
In conjunction with company strategic initiatives he/she will redefine the set of KPIs needed to support CREE managers in their day-by-day operations, especially for NPD team.
- He/she will be responsible of proper communication and data exchange with Central Engineering Operation to build fundamental set of data to enable a more rationale resource allocation process and reduce functional costs.
- Own and manage organizational budget associated with sustaining activities, bullet trains, including tracking, reporting and estimation.
- Lead Spending Management review for TEEC org ensuring material presented highlights relevant aspects.
- Manage initiatives assuring continuous improvement is applied to processes.
- Monitor WL from NPd according to quarter targets and Program Managers and Engineering Managers input.
- Monitor Last Estimate results against quarterly OP and Targets, definition of strategy of and actions to fill the gap in collaboration with Platform leaders, Program Managers, Supply Chain and Finance functions

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Economic Science from an accredited university or college
- experience in an engineering operation position
- Data analytics proficiency
- Leadership attitude
- Communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for challenging and changing situations
- English fluency
- EU Work Permit
