We are looking for a **Human Resources **Intern** to join our **HR Team** within **Arup Milan Office**.

You will work within an international team, supporting colleagues all over Europe. During your career at Arup, you’ll have the chance to engage in a fulfilling career and work with some of the most highly respected engineers and specialists in the world. You’ll also get the opportunity to work on exciting and significant projects, delivering quality work that has a positive and lasting influence on the community and the environment.

**Your role**:
You will be accountable for submitting a high quality of work and providing the stakeholders with all information needed in an articulate and organized manner, within an agreed timeframe.

Specific tasks may include the following:

- Support on Core HR activities (employees’ maintenance, onboarding of new hires, offboarding of leavers )
- Participate to Staff administration activities
- Collaborate on elaboration of HR reporting and presentations

The HR Team is involved in a diverse range of activities & projects including at European level.

**Required**:

- Master's Degree in Human Resources / Human Resources management / HR and Talent Acquisition / HR and Talent Development
- Planning and organization skills
- Written and verbal communications skills (English and Italian)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
