Junior UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior UX Designer, you will work closely with our experienced design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interaction Design_
- Contribute to the development of user flows and interaction patterns.
- Work on designing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability.
- Collaboration_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively within the team.

Key Skills
- Design Tools_: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Prototyping_: Basic knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques.
- Communication_: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale (also in English).
- Problem Solving_: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about user interactions.
- Collaboration_: Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Adaptability_: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of design deliverables.
- Basic Front-End Development_: Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects related to UX design.
