DEMONSTRATE YOUR PASSION
We welcome everyone in a space where you can reach your full potential.
You will be the main reference for the information and requests of our Guests.
You will provide accurate and timely information about the cruise services.
You will handle complaints and requests from the Guest to deliver an effective, courteous, and professional service.
GET THINGS RIGHT
You are responsible for all the onboard services and departmental procedures (such as luggage handling, lost & found).
You perform multiple tasks without compromising the quality of delivery (such as wake-up calls, public announcements, external calls).
You assist with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks assigned to the department (such as personal ID or passports and landing cards collection) to guarantee company standards.
You use the necessary software to support all work activities (MS Office, SAPI, Oscar) to manage them in an effective and timely manner.
SAFETY FIRST
You take an active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture.
You monitor Guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance.
WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE
You have previous experience of at least 6 months in hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service).
You possess a Secondary School Diploma.
You are enthusiastic, a good communicator and you find yourself at ease with public speaking.
As a citizen of the world, you are comfortable in communicating in English (B2 level) and in Turkish (C1 - C2 level).
