Boeing Supplier Quality Structures is looking for a Field Representative to oversee Major Structures Supplier’s sub-tier quality management. The Supplier Quality Representative's activity will be driven at Boeing suppliers located in Foggia, Pomigliano and Grottaglie, Italy. The Representative will report to the Italy Structure Supplier Quality manager and will be part of the Supplier Quality team.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Assists with audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products
- Documents audit and assessment results
- Inspects or verifies less complex products for compliance
- Monitors supplier quality related activities and reports issues

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action of non-conformances to reduce scrap, minimize rework, reduce cost and improve quality to meet all requirements
- Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering technical information (e.g. drawings, handbooks, industry standards and specifications)

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment
- Knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities (e.g., composites, structures)

**Typical Education & Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree or an Engineer's Degree in a related field and typically a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

**Relocation**:
Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
