Our clients are seeking a Hospitality/Caretaker Couple to manage and oversee the day-to-day running of Colleprato, which is a fully refurbished Casali located within the grounds of Antognolla Golf Club. It consists of a 2-storey primary building (A) with one apartment per floor and two further buildings: (B) consisting of 4 bedrooms and a guests lounge and (C) being a kitchen/breakfast room for the guests.
The principals of Antognolla resort intend to use the flats in Building A for their private use when in residence (approx. 90 days per year for GF apartment and up to 150-160 days for 1F apartment). When not in residence, the apartment would be offered as holiday lets for visiting golfers coming to play at Antognolla. All of the bedrooms in Building B would be offered as lets for either partners/consultants of the project when visiting or golfers.
The job incorporates taking care of a primary residence to a high standard with offering appropriate level of housekeeping to transient professionals and golfers.
This is a live-out role. The couple will ideally live near or around Antognolla, or they are happy to find their own accommodation, of which the principal will contribute towards the rental costs.
**Position: Permanent Housekeeper / Caretaker - Maintenance Couple**

**Description of the property**:
- Building A: Ground floor (GF) 2-bedroom luxury apartment, 1st Floor (1F) 1+ bedroom luxury apartment, total area of about 230 sq. m.
- Building B: 4 double en-suite bedrooms and a common lounge room
- Building C: kitchen/ breakfast room for 6 people
**General Duties, not limited to**:
- Regular and seasonal deep clean and general upkeep
- Grounds maintenance
- Chauffeuring/driving
- Engineering maintenance
- Stock keeping
- Provisioning/re-supplying
- Contractor management
- Petty cash - expenses and bills accounting
**Duties for periods when principals are in residence**:
- 2 - 3 x a week cleaning, additional day/-s - upon mutual agreement when required and paid extra
- General housekeeping
- Sweeping, hovering, moping the floors
- Cleaning down surfaces, dusting and polishing throughout
- Weekly deep cleaning, in particularly bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Sorting out laundry and ironing (clothes and beddings)
- Footwear cleaning, polishing, upkeep
- Dry cleaners’ deposits and collections for shirts and clothing items
- Organising the bedrooms and fluffing pillows. Changing bedding on a weekly basis
- Cleaning all areas of the kitchen, washing the dishes (manually when required and loading / offloading the dishwasher)
- Organising the cupboards, fridge, pantries
- Monthly kitchen full deep cleaning including all cupboards, fridge, and freezer
- Deep cleaning of bathrooms, changing towels on 2 times a week basis
- Wardrobe care - laundry, hand washing delicate fabrics, ironing and shoe care and polishing. Keeping the wardrobe neat and tidy
- Window cleaning when required, but not rarer than once a month
- Rubbish and recycling disposal
- Running small errands
- Buying groceries when requested per the provided list
- Taking and collecting clothes from dry cleaners as required
- Re-stocking cleaning supplies and utensils as required
- Liaising with contractors (e.g., a gardener) for the maintenance and small repair works if required
- Other
**Duties for periods when guests are in residence**:
- Daily cleaning
- Linens and towels change every 4th day (mid stay if staying 6 nights)
- Linen management with external laundry
- Daily washing up in A-GF, A-1F and C
- Departure cleaning
- Damage and breakage monitoring and reporting to Golf Club reception
- Stock upkeep and re-provisioning for continental breakfast buffet in building C
- Between 2200 and 0700 breakfast continental buffet layout in building C
- 1000 post-breakfast washing up in building C
- EU Passport Holders or have residency
- Excellent housekeeping skills (including care for stone, carpets and hardwood floors)
- Positive reference from previous employment / clients
- Clean criminal records
- Italian language of minimum B1 level is required
- English language of minimum B1 level is required
- Relevant work experience of not less than 3 years
- Driving licence; own car is a welcomed advantage
- Hospitality or Private Yacht experience would be desirable
**Holiday and work time**:
- As required up to 5 times a week rest of year
- 60 days paid holiday per year (can only be taken November-March excluding 20DEC-15JAN)
**Probation period**: 4 weeks
