This is why since 2011 we have embraced World Class Manufacturing (WCM), since 2017 World Class Logistics (WCL) and since 2019 World Class Engineering (WCE). Starting from 3 plants in 2011, we have now reached a total amount of 17 sites adhering to the World Class program.

As HSE support, reporting to the HSE Manager, you will have the task of supporting HSE manager in leading operative risk assessment in workplace organization and in the execution of the WCM program, in particular for Safety and Environment Pillars. Furthermore, you will be a point of reference for Safety culture in Osimo plant.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Realize HSE operative instructions and procedures in order to train employees (producing SOP/OPL)
- Monitoring SAF KPIs Plant
- Support HSE Manager in leading WCM Safety and Environment Pillars
- Management of HSE Unsafe Act and Unsafe Conditions with line/dept supervisors
- Continuous support of line/dept supervisors in individuation anomalies, train people and expand HSE culture to the workers
- Support in planning, delivering and checking continuous improvement activities (Kaizens) after root cause analysis sessions.
