Maquettage Assistant

The Maquettage Assistant is in charge of interfacing with the Product Development in France and with the Modeling and Prototyping in Florence to understand the aim of the project, the timelines and translate the inputs within the dedicated team. He/She monitors the execution of the prototypes and makes sure that are in line with the Design brief.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participates to the brief with: Design, Coordinateur Style, Responsable Maquettage and Modelist.
- Creates a launch sheet for the passage of the information to the internal teams involved in the manufacture of the prototypes.
- Receives the bill of materials from the Coordinateur Style and checks for any missing information.
- Monitors the reception of the materials and informs daily the Coordinateur Style of any missing materials. Proposes alternatives of materials available in stock maquettage.
- Passes the requests of materials to the production stock.
- Monitors the execution of the prototypes and makes sure that it is compliant with the Design brief.
- Assists the Responsable du Maquettage in the coordination of the team.
- Checks the prototypes, compiles a technical report with the modelist and the prototypist.
- Takes pictures of all the prototypes before shipment and updates the library of pictures.

PROFIL

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in Product Development or similar.
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, French will be an asset.
- Cooperative approach.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Project management attitude.
