We are seeking a highly creative and innovative E-Learning Designer to join our team for an initial 6-month contract, with a specific focus on creating and updating online courses and developing a new project related to virtual reality.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in digital communication, design, education, learning technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing e-learning courses
- Proficiency in major e-learning authoring tools and software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Easy Generator, Lectora, etc.)
- Experience or interest in the field of virtual reality and a desire to develop skills in this sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Good command of English (level B1 minimum) and Italian languages
- Dynamic and proactive personality driven to work towards goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.

**Attitudes and abilities**:

- Design, develop, and update engaging and interactive e-learning courses
- Conduct research and development for a new virtual reality project, collaborating with the maintenance/engineering team and professionals to advance the idea from conception to realization.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools and software to create engaging multimedia content.
- Conduct periodic course evaluations to ensure quality and effectiveness of learning.
- Ensure compliance with e-learning design standards and course accessibility, as well as adherence to norms
- Dynamic and proactive personality driven to work towards goals.
