Wcm Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
Coordinate the loss intelligence phase of WCM within a plant, identifying and prioritizing improvement projects aligned to the business needs.

**In particular**:
Develop, approve and implement the WCM Roadmap for the plant (improvement teams, audits, communication).

Lead one improvement team at least.

Follow and favor the progress of the other teams.

Alert in case of deviation (planning, results, etc.).

Learn and take over methods and tools at first and subsequently deliver professional training and coaching to enable employees at all levels to engage and contribute to the ZERO LOSS mentality.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, preferred in Engineering;
Previous experience in Operations / WCM functions;
High degree of understanding of WCM management system, with experience in leading multiple pillars and improvement projects

Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.

**Location Profile**:
Novelis’ Bresso plant just north of Milan Italy employs about 190 people. It produces pre-painted aluminium sheet as well as sheet with special surfaces such as bright and embossed finishing for the building and construction industry as well as consumer and industrial products. Since 2018 the plant produces also automotive sheet better serving automotive customers in the region.
