Process Expert

Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a **Process Expert** that will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of projects in the** filling process**.

This includes managing improvement projects and process improvements for the area, acting as a liaison between operations and multiple support groups in execution of improvements, change controls and projects. He/She will work in a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects activities are executed on time and in compliance with the cGMP, the Global Standard GQS and Local SOPs. In addition, He/She will support the activities for technical coaching, complex troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Main Responsibilities of the role**:

- Responsible for ensuring that filling complex process issues are addressed and resolved in a structured manner.
- Lead by example in using data to influence change and improvement.
- Participate in networking discussions on filling process (validation strategies/control strategy).
- Lead changes related to the introduction of new primary components or single use devices.
- Lead technical studies in order to investigate non-compliance and/or to identify operational improvements.
- Trainer on technical-scientific topics with the aim of training less expert technical profiles.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Scientific Master’s Degree (Engineering/Chemistry preferred)
- Previous experience in filling process (cartridges and/or pre-filled syringes)
- Good knowledge of English (minim B2 level)
- Team-working attitude
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge of GMPs
