Nel quadro delle attività dell’Unità European Projects Development & Evaluation stiamo cercando un/una Project Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant che si occupi delle attività di scrittura delle proposte nonché di monitoraggio e valutazione di progetti finanziati da donatori istituzionali italiani ed europei.

PRINCIPALI MANSIONI E CARATTERISTICHE
- Sviluppo delle proposte progettuali rivolte a donatori istituzionali italiani ed europei (Horizon Europe, Cerv, Erasmus+, AMF, FAMI, Agenzia Coesione Territoriale ecc);
- Sviluppo del piano di monitoraggio e valutazione di progetti finanziati;
- Predisposizione e redazione della reportistica técnica relativa al monitoraggio e valutazione dei progetti;
- Contributo all’innovazione e semplificazione delle procedure interne di scrittura e capitalizzazione dei contenuti attraverso la collaborazione tra i dipartimenti del cluster Citizenship, Programmes Development and Sustainability

Nello svolgimento dell’incarico la risorsa si coordinerà con la Responsabile dell’Unità European Projects - Development & Evaluation e lavorerà a stretto contatto con staff e collaboratori della medesima Unità e del Dipartimento Global Institutional Funding and Partnership.

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI
- Esperienza mínima di 2 anni nell’ambito non profit con una conoscenza approfondita del lavoro con donatori istituzionali e sulle tematiche di interesse dell'Organizzazione in ambito nazionale ed europeo
- Conoscenza delle procedure di gestione e rendicontazione dei principali donatori istituzionali e delle linee guida per applicare ai bandi istituzionali;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e capacità di lavorare su piattaforme condivise;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e orale;
- Ottime capacità di problem solving e nel rispettare le scadenze;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e gestire processi in modo autonomo.

**Condizioni contrattuali e durata**: si offre un contratto di Co.Co.Co. della durata di 12 mesi.
