**Property**: Alegria, Panoramic Peruvian Lounge & Restaurant (12th floor of Duo Milan Porta Nuova, currently named Four Points by Sheraton Milan Center) - The restaurant will open in March 2023.

**Restaurant Profile**

The idea behind Alegria is to access the exciting popularity of Peruvian cuisine with a more youthful and energetic focus than many of the contemporaries which focus on an upmarket dining offering when using this style of food. The food offer would be targeted mid-market for wider accessibility with a specialty in sharing plates to generate trial in a tapas style service. Peruvian food, with the famous Ceviche, has become a choice for adventurous diners who are seeking fun and engaging environments.

Staff will play a key role in bringing the experience the vivid, enticing reality that is being presented with the food and drinks offer.

The restaurant will be located on the 12thfloor of Duo Milan Porta Nuova, currently named Four Points by Sheraton Milan Center.

Duo Milan Porta Nuova will be the new point of reference of the Porta Nuova district and after the € 8m refurbishment and full rebranding will become the second Marriott Tribute hotel in Italy.

**Main Tasks**
- Interact with customers and serve drinks and snacks to the table.
- Responsible for taking orders and communicate with the Barman and Head Barman.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner, assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Being able of presenting the menu and the wine list.
- Keep the lounge area clean at all times.
- Collect payment and cash operations.
- Pay attention at the mise en place.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor.

**Profile’s Main Requirements**
- Previous experience in the same role of at least two years is required.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Italian. The knowledge of other languages are considered as a plus.
- Genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality;
- Able to work according to departmental standards;
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and during the weekends.

Type of Contract: Fixed-Term Contract/Full-Time
