Our Valuation Services prepares objective valuations for financial reporting, tax and management planning purposes. Our Analysts receive world-class training, outstanding benefits, strong career progression, competitive salaries and relocation assistance when applicable.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting with performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities within Hospitality Real Estate industry using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
- Working with financial models for discounted cash flow, market transaction/comparables and development approach
- Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, asset site visits, specific market analysis and competitor research
- Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and precise manner

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Tourism Economics/Science or Master’s degree in Real Estate Management.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform a Hospitality Management BP
- Ability to master new tasks quickly
- Demonstrated strong personal integrity
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- Commitment to obtaining outstanding results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
