We are in the process of fortifying our systems and processes to ensure the secure and efficient management of our identity-related assets.We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Global IT team as an IT Security Operations Specialist, with a specialized focus on Active Directory security and Identity Management.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing the security strategies associated with our identity assets.**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead efforts to enhance the security posture of Active Directory, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of identity-related information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce security policies for Active Directory environments.
- Oversee the comprehensive life-cycle management of identity-related assets, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Implement and maintain robust identity governance practices to mitigate risks associated with unauthorized access and identity-related threats.
- Collaborate with the broader IT Ops Security team to contribute to the development and execution of security strategies.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents related to Active Directory and Identity Management, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on operations.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate security best practices and provide guidance on identity-related security matters.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the IT Ops Security team and across other relevant departments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a focus on IT Security, or equivalent practical experience in Identity Management and Active Directory security.
- Proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement in IT Operations Security.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a meticulous, process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in IT projects related to Active Directory security and Identity Management is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
