FUNCTIONAL ANALYST & APPLICATION TESTER Main responsibilities:
Translation of user requirements into functional requirements
Transposition of architectural, infrastructural and safety guidelines
Compilation of documentation to support the functional analysis
Definition of the test strategy, ensuring the adoption of standard processes and automation where possible
Coordination, execution and documentation of System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests
Software validation and management of bug reports
Knowledge transfer to users and the support team (manuals and training)
Skills and experience required:
Understanding of the logic of the organization
Understanding of Business Processes (Report from the Solution Team)
Understanding of IT systems (relationship with developers)
Excellent communication skills (both with internal groups and with suppliers)
Excellent analysis and synthesis skills
Production of documentation to support the functional analysis
Knowledge of test methodologies and supporting tools
Knowledge of programming concepts and databases
Ability to work on more or less complex projects with attention to meeting deadlines
Good ability to manage and organize work groups
Ability to work independently and in groups
Goal orientation
Resourcefulness and initiative
Excellent knowledge of the Office package
Knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English (B2)
Nice to have:
Technical - scientific degree (Computer Science, Engineering)
Availability for short trips (autonomy in travel, driving license B)
Knowledge of the logistics sector - courier
At least 2 years' experience in the role
