**Position Summary**:
GRIMALDI ALLIANCE is seeking an attorney specializing in corporate M&A, ideally with 3/4 years of professional experience in the Corporate and M&A Department of structured law firms.

Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets—enabling you to negotiate effectively, and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders. Regularly working in large, international and multidisciplinary teams, you should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience gained in the Corporate and M&A department of structured law firms
- 3/4 years PQE
- Bachelor's degree in law obtained in the ordinary time with excellent grade
- Business development and networking attitude and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency level in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

**Duties and Accountabilities**:

- Preparation of documents relating to different types of extraordinary transactions
- Company secretarial services, also for companies listed on Euronext Milan or whose shares are admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan.
- Coordination of due diligence teams
