**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Plant Controller in ensuring the management of the budgeting, the forecasting and the reporting processes of his plant, in compliance with group deadlines and with the correctness and quality of the data.
- Assist the Plant Controller in ensuring the analysis and interpretation of data and management assessments to understand the performance of the Plant and support management and company decisions, operating through a systematic loss reduction program.
- Support the Controller in preparing institutional and ad hoc reporting and in resolving issues relating to economic-managerial aspects.
- Control the movement of materials and the correct compilation of documents and the costing of the Bill of Materials. Monitor and update standard costs for correct valorization of the inventory stock.
- Monitor customer and supplier price lists. Analyzes the Plant Turnover highlighting the data per vehicle/market and the contribution/profitability margins.
- Assist the Controller in uploading data to the Hyperion system.
- Independently ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements of consolidated processes, through normal monitoring plan activities and ad-hoc checks.
- Proactively assist the controller in closing, accounts for the journal entries in the ERP, prepares the journal entries supporting documentation for the controller's approval, drives the analysis and resolution of the anomalies and discrepancies highlighted in the closing reports (price differences, aging items, stock negatives, reconciliation items, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- University graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Financial Controlling/Auditing field
- Ability to work independently
- Nice to have experience working in Automotive or Production industries
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to work closely and build partnership with other departments and functions
- High level of reliability and working ethics
- Ability to work under the time pressure and deadlines
- Advanced MS Excel skills
