**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a People Engagement and Employer Branding Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
- How will you contribute?_

ENGAGING THE BOTTEGA VENETA PEOPLE
- Support the team to implement the People Engagement key brand events (celebrations events, art collaborations with artists and museums, Biennale Venezia participations, Music Festivals, Bottega Veneta fashion show special initiatives, exclusive internal collaborations ).
- Ensure the fluidity of internal communications related to the brand, business priorities and key moments through our group internal digital platform and proactively propose messages and means of dissemination.
- Contribute creating editorial-style employee engagement assets for our primary internal communications channel, including short or in-depth articles, video and animations, animate and engage our people in using it and propose improvements (functionality, ergonomics).
- Collaborate with the team to amplify key communication moments for the Milan HQ and Montebello sites (townhall, Talks with CEO, etc) and coordinate with our Global Regions.
- Align with Architecture and Facility teams to ensure the workplace is engaging and promoting of wellbeing.
- Contribute to the execution of the Kering Employee Listening survey conducted every year, data analysis, ensure results are shared and monitor action plans realization with all regions, in the Head Quarter and Industrial Area.
- Assist the I&D Committee and Members in each region and help implement the HQ Calendar
- Support “Giving Back”, our employee volunteering program, including scouting, and onboarding associations, promoting the platform, tracking participation and engagement.
- Measure impact of engagement actions.

EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Work with Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and People Engagement and HRDs/HRBPs to develop targeted partnerships with selected schools to inspire talents in all Bottega Veneta activities.
- Participate in Kering Employer Branding Initiatives.
- Collaborate with Image and Marketing teams to promote Bottega Veneta on career network platforms (eg LinkedIn).
- Who you are?_
- Enamored with Bottega Veneta
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in English, Italian is a plus.
- Great interpersonal skills: listening, networking, team working.
- Advanced project management skills
- Statistics and data analysis
- Strive for excellence, creative, innovative, curious, eager to learn and grow.

- Strong Microsoft office suite knowledge
