Attualmente stiamo cercando un Project Manager che, a riporto del
_Head of Technical Services_, costituirà l’interfaccia principale per i clienti, ai quali dovrà garantire la qualità del servizio indicata nei contratti commerciali, nelle policies di Gruppo e nelle procedure interne.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Redigere piani manutentivi sulla base dell’analisi dei capitolati
- Supporto nelle attività di preventivazione degli interventi e dei lavori, studio di fattibilità, studio di tempi e costi, monitoraggio e coordinamento delle attività di cantiere, gestione del budget;
- Assicurare la compliance delle attività ai requisiti normativi, contrattuali e procedurali;
- Contribuire nell’identificazione delle esigenze del cliente relativamente alle commesse in portafoglio, nonché definizione di soluzioni risolutive in caso di problematiche tecniche legate al servizio;

. implementare le procedure del Gruppo in ambito manutentivo nell’approccio ai clienti e alle tematiche di pertinenza

**Requisiti necessari**:
La risorsa possiede preferibilmente un titolo di studio tecnico e ha maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di risorse nel settore Facility, ed è in grado di gestire sia l’aspetto operativo/tecnico, sia quello legato all’organizzazione del lavoro e delle misurazioni metriche da effettuare per garantire il servizio richiesto.
- Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico (elettrico o meccanico);
- Esperienza di almeno tre anni nella gestione di progetti maturata nel settore del Facility Management o in ambito Construction con maturata esperienza anche in ambito impiantistica.

**Completano il profilo**:

- ** **Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza di MS Excel

**Sede di lavoro**: Roma - zona EUR

Contratto Full Time

Range Retribuzione 40 - 45K
