**Position Summary**
- Operate, in line with the internal policies and procedures, assisting what is in charge of the Site Sub-Delegates for Health Safety and Environment, in collaboration, coordination and synergy, in accordance with the responsibilities assigned by the applicable regulations, with the safety figures, internal and external, and the company functions concerned with the aspects of health, safety and environment of the site; ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations; ensure specific quality standards at all stages of the business process; ensure that the integrated management system complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PCI, CQM and internal policies._
**Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Ensure the company's compliance with current health, safety and environmental regulations; manage and implement the HSE policy at the Site; contribute to the constant updating of laws, regulations, issued at the international/national/regional/municipal level and Group policies, regarding accident prevention, occupational hygiene, fire prevention and the environment, contributing to the definition and revision of HSE Management System procedures (UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI ISO 45001 standards) and support the obtaining of other certifications; ensuring that the company complies with the ISO standards for which it is certified; ensuring that internal procedures are updated due to organizational changes; ensuring the company's compliance with industry-specific quality _
- _Define and carry out corrective actions: manage inquiry phase, carry out verification phase, keep track of deadlines_
- _ Draft management review of the Integrated Management System Draft and update the QHSE Integrated Manual_
- _ Develop and support business functions in the definition and annual re-evaluation of threats and opportunities_
- _ Develop, improve and maintain updated environmental analysis and environmental impact assessment document_
- _ Ensure the definition of corporate objectives and performance indicators monitor the review process of corporate objectives and performance indicators Manage measurement instruments and primary samples_
- _ Manage the documentation process: process mapping, drafting and updating procedures, operating instructions and forms under the responsibility of the QHSE function and support other business functions_
- _ Draft programs of internal audits and implement them_
- _ Manage and perform internal audits according to company certifications Manage customer audits_
- _ Manage third-party audits: audit organization, audit management, report and corrective action management, certificate management_
- _ Conduct audits to suppliers: program definition, checklist writing, audit schedule management_
- _ Keeping track of updated certification regulations_
- _ Supervise compliance with the requirements of health and safety and environmental regulations and the requirements of the integrated management system_
- _ Manage, use internal tools on Quality and HSE topics and support the internal teams to properly use them._
- _ continuous improving and adjust process, procedures and quality system to reach the status of the art and to respect customer’s expectations_
- _ Manage customer claims in conjunction with production, operations, customer service and sales teams._
- _ Introduce improvement to prevent customer’s issues_
**Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience & Education**
- _ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Environmental and Quality Engineering or related technical field. (production, industrial, electronics, mechanical, chemistry)_
- _ 3-5 years of experience in the role in manufacturing industries. _
- _Knowledge of statistical methods Ability to perform "hands on" troubleshooting and problem solving._
- _ Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011, ISO 45001, D.Lgs 81/08, D.Lgs 152/06, D.Lgs 231/01 _
- _Fluent in Italian and English_
- _ Problem solving skills_
- _ Excellent in communication _
- _Organization and Time management skills_
**Preferred Qualifications**
- _ ASPP Certification_
- _ Knowledge of PCI, CQM Standards, is a plus_
- _ MS Excel Advanced skills_
