**About the Role**
The Program Manager will be part of the Consumer Market Solutions Division and will interact cross-functionally with the R&D teams of the companies inside the division, managing international projects from concept to completion, and translating the market’s demands into technical solutions.
The Program Manager will report directly to CMS Technical Director and will be responsible for the feasibility and risk assessment of integrated solutions (interface, feasibility of total system).
In this role, you will act as an individual contributor.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for technical solutions identification, sharing machinery modules to optimize divisional resources
- Accountable for R&D program execution and budget spending
- Support innovation funnel management, KPI's and processes’ implementation in the companies
- Responsible for innovative processes and programs (design for additive manufacturing, simulation, digital twin).
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Good technical knowledge and solution understanding
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience dealing with cross-company projects
- Business understanding and financial skills
- Out-of-the-box thinking
- Program and people management and process mindset
- Strong orientation towards data and numbers, analytical approach, excellent command of MS Excel
- International mindset
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Travel and local support.
