In **Eni** siamo alla ricerca di una/un **Expert Magnetic Fusion Project Control Manager **che, all’interno dell’area Magnetic Fusion Initiatives, si occuperà di gestire le attività attinenti alla realizzazione di impianti o sistemi di fusione a confinamento magnetico.

**Con chi lavorerai**:

- Entrerai a far parte dell’unità Magnetic Fusion che assicura le attività di studio nella fase di realizzazione dei progetti di ricerca in ambito fusione a confinamento magnetico, garantendo l’adozione delle più avanzate tecniche e metodologie, e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti nel rispetto dei tempi, costi e qualità. L’unità segue sia le attività di project management dei progetti di ricerca affidati che contribuisce all’individuazione dei nuovi progetti di ricerca e alla definizione della proposta di budget investimenti e dei progetti.

**All’interno del team** **MFI Project Services and Reporting** **ti occuperai di**:

- Coordinare le attività del team di Fusion Project Control Management (planning, cost control, document control);
- Definire e implementare le procedure di controllo e coordinamento di progetti per la realizzazione di impianti o sistemi attinenti a fusione a confinamento magnetico (planning, misura dell’avanzamento, controllo costi, stima costi, gestione della documentazione) in accordo alle norme e agli standard previsti;
- Supportare nell’implementazione del processo di “risk and opportunity management” (identificazione, valutazione, pianificazione e controllo);
- Coordinare gli studi di analisi qualitativa e quantitativa di tempi e costi (qualitative and quantitative cost&schedule risk analysis);
- Definire ed implementare il processo di gestione di eventuali Project Change;
- Coordinare e preparare i relativi project report incluso l’earned value analysis;
- Raccogliere e diffondere le eventuali lesson learned;
- Coordinare e revisionare i cronoprogrammi dettagliati di progetto e supporto alla preparazione del budget e forecast;
- Revisionare e controllare i cronoprogrammi dei fornitori e contrattisti e l’inserimento nel cronoprogramma di progetto identificando i percorsi critici;
- Controllare l’avanzamento (actual vs. plans e budgets) e supportare nel calcolo della stima a finire;
- Coordinare e preparare i report di avanzamento e costi;
- Supportare nella pianificazione e controllo del programma di procurement;
- Coordinare e gestire i contratti.

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria gestionale o Economia; potranno essere presi in considerazione titoli di studio differenti e/o inferiori a fronte di significativa esperienza nell’ambito;
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza maturata in ambiti affini, preferibilmente in settori industriali complessi;
- La certificazione di Project Management (i,e, PMI, Prince2) sarà considerata un titolo preferenziale;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
