ATTIVITÀ PREVISTE DAL RUOLO

In AG il «customer relationship manager» gestisce con responsabilità le relazioni e i rapporti contrattuali con la clientela internazionale e nazionale coordinandosi da un lato con i team dedicati alla gestione amministrativa e del payroll nell’ambito di progetti di outsourcing delle risorse umane.

Il ruolo in ricerca si relazionerà costantemente con clienti dalla sede di Milano o da quella di Roma e presso le sedi dei clienti sia in Italia che all’estero prevalentemente in lingua inglese, gestendo quotidianamente questioni e opportunità legate a progetti e processi HR.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente in linea con la certificazione Advanced (CAE);
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, in particolare con clienti di matrice internazionale;
- Persona collaborativa e organizzata con intenzione di investire e/o consolidare la propria crescita professionale;
- Spiccata propensione al problem solving e attitudine a gestire le proprie attività in team;
- Precedente esperienza in contesti internazionali con ruolo equivalente;
- Preferibile provenienza dal settore HR.

Rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato full-time, inquadramento e retribuzione in linea con le capacità e le esperienze effettivamente maturate, considerando un livello di ingresso minimo alla categoria impiegatizia di concetto del contratto collettivo previsto per i dipendenti del settore terziario.
