Program Manager

**SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Executing projects within assigned work scope, budget and schedule, the role is responsible for:

- New Products development;
- Product portfolio regionalization;
- Cost reduction;
- Value Analysis - Value Engineering;
- Coordinate all projects and collaborate with both global and local Engineering, Supply Chain, Plant functions and executive leaders;
- Define, oversee and meet all project priorities/phases and road map, based on business needs. Furthermore:

- Provide overall leadership to projects in terms of strategy, technology, programs, people & processes, communication, risk reduction, timelines, etc;
- Maintain communication with customer and all other functions involved in all the projects, seeking feedback and driving continuous improvement to meet expectations;
- Coordinate cross functional teams activities;
- Keep and manage prompt and accurate records of all meetings (also call conference);
- Generate and share on time and accurate reports;
- Develop and implement shared websites (i.e.: SharePoint) uploading documents relevant to customer/colleagues.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology, is required. Preferably in Mechanics;
- Fluent in English;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial company;
- Understanding of manufacturing and/or plant equipment and production processes;
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Project Management tools;
- Proven ability to present to senior management at customers and internally;
- Ability to work cross functionally and across businesses;
- Proven successful experience in international and multi-cultural work environments;
- Proven adaptability and problem solving skills;
- International travel availability.
