Per la nostra sede di **Milano **siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire come **Innovation Emerging Technologies Specialist **all’interno del team **Emerging Digital Tech **. La struttura ha la responsabilità di definire la strategia di sviluppo delle tecnologie emergenti digitali (ad es.: Machine vision, drones, blockchain, AR/VR/Immersive, robotica,) e promuovere l’identificazione di opportunità di sperimentazione di tecnologie digitali emergenti.

**Ti occuperai di**
- Guidare l'innovazione aziendale attraverso l'identificazione e l'implementazione di soluzioni basate su tecnologie digitali innovative (es. Intelligenza Artificiale, Robotica Avanzata, Extended Reality, Quantum Computing,)
- Collaborare con tutte le Business Units del gruppo A2A e le altre funzioni del team Innovazione per identificare le esigenze e le opportunità di progetto
- Coordinare attività di scouting tecnologico per individuare le soluzioni più innovative ed efficaci appartenenti a startup nazionali/internazionali e creare dossier di ricerca di mercato per supportare la decisione aziendale attraverso considerazioni di fattibilità técnica ed economica
- Fornire consulenza in materia di tecnologie digitali avanzate, agendo come punto di riferimento del gruppo Innovazione
- Gestire i relativi progetti di sperimentazione, coordinandosi con i vari stakeholders coinvolti fino all’implementazione e valutazione dei risultati, svolgendo o supportando le attività di program management, riportando lo stato avanzamento
- Monitorare la diffusione e gli impatti per il Gruppo A2A delle tecnologie digitali emergenti con l’obiettivo di massimizzare i benefici derivanti dall’introduzione delle stesse e creando sinergie
- Partecipare ad eventi, fiere, seminari o congressi per rimanere aggiornati sui nuovi trend tecnologici

**Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo**
- Laurea in materie STEM (Scienza, Tecnologia, Ingegneria e Matematica)
- Esperienza pregressa di 1-2 anni in ruolo analogo presso società di consulenza, Corporate, Startup, Incubatori
- Costituisce un requisito preferenziale aver svolto progetti in ambito Tecnologie Digitali Avanzate o Trasformazione Digitale
- Buona conoscenza in ambito Innovazione e di valutazione técnica ed economica rispetto a soluzioni tecnologiche digitali o su progetti di trasformazione digitale
- Buone competenze di project e/o product management
- Buona conoscenza delle metodologie Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Startup
- Rappresenta un plus la conoscenza di Python o di altri linguaggi di programmazione base (es C/C++,)
- Rappresenta un plus la conoscenza dei processi tecnologici inerenti alle tematiche di Transizione Energetica ed Economia Circolare
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
