Il nostro cliente fa parte di un importante gruppo multinazionale leader nel settore dei gas industriali e medicali.

Ha incaricato **Seltis Hub Management Search** di ricercare la figura un **Sourcing Specialist.**

**Posizione**:
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di pianificare e gestire gli acquisti del gruppo relativi alle commodities apparecchiature, impianti e lavori tecnici, ivi inclusi gli investimenti, a riporto del Procurement Manager.

Sarà responsabile della definizione e implementazione delle strategie d’acquisto, coordinando le attività e le risorse a lui affidate nel rispetto degli obiettivi di saving assegnati.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

- sviluppare ed implementare, in accordo con le indicazioni della Direzione, le strategie di acquisto e di gestione dei fornitori assegnati;
- gestire i fornitori e le commodity, assicurando l’accesso alle migliori fonti di approvvigionamento in termini di qualità, prezzo e tempi di consegna;
- negoziare ordini e contratti di fornitura, ivi incluse le clausole contrattuali, al fine di garantire l’ottimizzazione del sourcing e piena copertura del rischio;
- ridisegnare il parco fornitori delle commodity assegnate in funzione delle più moderne tecniche di procurement, identificando per ciascuna commodity/category la migliore strategia di gestione
- assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di saving assegnati;
- implementare attività periodiche di market intelligence con la finalità di massimizzare i risultati della funzione;
- collaborare nell’implementare la revisione dei processi di acquisto con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare l’efficacia dello stesso, massimizzare i risultati economici e promuovere la digitalizzazione e deburocratizzazione degli stessi;
- collaborare con tutte le funzioni richiedenti al fine di identificare tempestivamente i fabbisogni e le criticità.

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti richiesti**:

- laurea in ingegneria gestionale o similare;
- esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi;
- ottime abilità negoziali;
- spiccate doti relazioni, di problem solving e priority mangement;
- conoscenza dei processi di sourcing, category management e finance;
- buone abilità di Leadership e Teamwork;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta;
- buone doti relazionali;
- proattività;
- disponibilità a trasferte di breve durata.

Costituisce un plus l’esperienza maturata in un ruolo affine all'interno di realtà multinazionali manifatturiere, avendo acquisito competenze nell’assegnazione di appalti di lavori e servizi.
