Inspection Coordinator

TC2 Group is a technical advisor partner specialized in consulting services for Engineering, Procurement and Construction fields; as trusted partner of our clients, with our Vendor Management Services division we provide integrated solutions to enhance supply chain performances. We are specialized in Energy and Chemical industries.

Currently recruiting an Junior Inspection on a full-time basis in our office in Dalmine.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as junior inspector coordinator, the role will be responsible for carrying out activities and assessments product as advised by senior members of the team.

This engagement would be for full time and ideally suit for people with supplier coordination experience someone who has performed in a similar role:

- Support the team leader for the coordination of Project inspection activities with suppliers, inspection agencies and the Customer.
- Liaison with internal personnel e.g. buyers, inspectors, expeditors and shipping;
- Selection and Evaluation of available inspection personnel; confirm availability and arrange deployment;
- Developing an Inspection Assignment Package and issuing Package to the assigned inspector using our own Inspection Management System
- Reviewing and Issuing of Project Inspection Reports;
**What we are looking for in you**:

- Understanding of the principles and practice of supplier inspection management;
- Demonstrable capabilities in quality planning and resourcing for projects;
- Communication skills ( verbal and written ) -to standard level;
- Strong coordination skills;
- Flexibility and Adaptability
- Ability to work in Cross functional working environmental;
- Fluent English.
