- **Occupational Health & Safety Expert**.

La risorsa, riportando al Local Management System Representative, sarà basata sulla sede di **Napoli **(NA), con possibilità di smart working.

Il professionista ricoprirà il ruolo di **RSPP **(come previsto dal D. Lgs 81/08) e supporterà l’azienda nell’applicazione corretta della normativa sulla sicurezza, contribuendo a diffondere la cultura di prevenzione, attraverso una corretta comunicazione con tutte le funzioni aziendali. Inoltre, si occuperà di organizzare, gestire e migliorare le performances del sistema di gestione della sicurezza in accordo alla ISO 45001 secondo gli obiettivi e secondo la politica della sicurezza della Nephrocare s.p.a.

Principali attività e responsabilità
- Supporta la Direzione nell’analisi e valutazione dei rischi per la salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori nelle attività relative alla sicurezza come previsto dal D. Lgs. 81/08 e s.m.i.
- Coopera con l’ufficio tecnico e l’ufficio del personale in materia di valutazione dei rischi interferenti nella gestione dei contratti di appalto
- Effettua i training in materia di sicurezza al personale
- Valuta l’inserimento e/o l’eliminazione di sostanze pericolose utilizzate nei processi aziendali, aggiornando la documentazione a supporto (registro sostanze pericolose, schede di sicurezza e istruzioni operative)
- Valuta i fornitori di servizi per la Sicurezza, mantenendo e curando i rapporti con i fornitori già presenti
- Organizza e gestisce audit specifici volti a verificare la corretta applicazione del Sistema di Gestione per la Sicurezza aziendale
- Adatta e traduce la documentazione Corporate relativa alla ISO 45001 e redige la documentazione locale necessaria (ad es. aggiornamenti e modifiche della documentazione dei centri)
- Verifica e approva mensilmente i dati relativi all’eco-controlling inviati dai centri provvedendo ad effettuare le comunicazioni richieste verso gli uffici Corporate, inserendo ed approvando annualmente i costi relativi ai consumi di risorse naturali
- Coordina le attività relative alla redazione annuale dei Modelli Unici per le Dichiarazioni ambientali (MUD)

Requisiti
- Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico o equivalente
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2/3 anni
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B1)
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
