By joining you will take a crucial role to supporting us in building tailored marketing technologies while constantly challenging the status quo of our marketing tech products to further drive success.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Define and ensure the consistent use of standard Agile practices throughout the Marketing Domain
- Enable and support each teams in the marketing domain to perform at top level
- Proactively help teams identify and remove impediments and facilitate if necessary
- Ensure and model an emotionally mature Feedback culture (Situation-Behavior-Impact)
- Mediate teams during conflict and help them to make important decisions together and constructively
- Inspire, motivate, and even teach teams how to create a culture of perfomance, positivity, inclusion, and ownership
- Help teams plan and host regular and recurring innovation, exploration, and celebration events with key stakeholders
- Facilitate regular and recurring domain All Hands events that establish an ongoing sense of alignment, purpose, and belonging
- Define and run Agile Team Health Checks using data-driven methods, then identify and drive improvement areas for team’s agile processes for continuous improvement

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Hands-on experience as an Agile Coach, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the role
- A deep knowledge of standard Agile and Lean methods and practices and experience using them to help teams succeed and organizations to evolve
- Experience fostering and guiding teams through all stages (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing)
- Excellent facilitation skills, creating and running large domain-wide workshops.
- A team player, full of patience, empathy, and pragmatism
- A driving interest to work at the team level as much as the organizational level
- Successfully worked with hybrid teams comprised of onsite and remote employees
- Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves:

- Someone who has led agile transformations or has made a wide impact for agile adoption with a focus on consistency and performance
- Worked in a consumer-facing technical product environment
- Experience coaching leaders
