**Who We're Looking For**:
**-Event Coordination**: Planning and organising large-scale events, retreats, or conferences, ensuring all logistics — from venue selection to activity scheduling —are handled seamlessly.

**-Travel Planning**: Crafting bespoke travel itineraries for groups, coordinating with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for clients. Ex: a past role as Travel Agent or Group Travel Planner.

**-Vendor Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with key partners in the hospitality industry, such as hotels, tour operators, and event service providers.

**-Sales and Client Engagement**: Demonstrating expertise in B2B sales within the tourism or event production sectors, with responsibilities such as pitching tailored packages, closing deals, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Ex: a past role as a Sales Executive or Account Manager

**-Project Management**: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to while delivering exceptional service. Experience as a Project Manager in a travel agency or event production company.
- **Hands-On Attitude**: Ready to engage in the daily hustle, collaborating across teams and getting involved in the nitty-gritty of event creation. While the work can be exciting and rewarding, it’s not all about the glamour—there are times when it can be stressful, requiring you to stay organized, structured, and focused under pressure. We need someone who thrives in this environment and can keep everything on track, even when things get a bit hectic.
- **Relationship Builder**: A proactive communicator who excels at building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners alike.
- **Tech-oriented**: Comfortable with advanced productivity tools, AI tools, CRM systems to streamline sales processes. Here are some practical examples of what this might look like:

- You’ll use shared documents to collaborate on client proposals, this might include using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Chat).
- You have experience with customer relationship management systems such as **Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM,** or **Pipedrive,** using them to track client interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- **AI Tools**: You’re open to using AI-powered tools like **ChatGPT, Crystal Knows,** or **LeadIQ** to enhance client communication, personalize outreach, or gather insights.

While specific experience with tools like **Notion, Asana, Google Drive,** and **HubSpot** is a strong plus, we value adaptability and a quick learning curve just as much.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent command of English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- **Passion for Nature and Innovation**: A genuine interest in nature-based events and the innovation ecosystem, understanding how these elements can transform team dynamics and organizational culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sales Development**: Forge meaningful relationships with B2B clients by truly understanding their needs and crafting tailored retreat packages that align with their organizational goals.
- **Partnership Building**: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, tour operators, and various experience providers across Europe to create retreat offerings.
- **Package Creation**: Actively participate in the creation of retreat packages by sourcing and integrating services, venues, and experiences that elevate the overall retreat experience (ex: tour operators, coaches, trainers, yoga instructors, etc.)
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct outstanding sales presentations and proposals, responding swiftly to client inquiries and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the event management team to ensure each retreat is meticulously planned and executed to exceed client expectations.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and partnership developments in the CRM system.
- **Industry Expertise**: Continuously update your knowledge on the latest trends in team-building retreats, tourism, and corporate culture to offer informed and innovative solutions to clients.
