**_Cosa cerchiamo?_**

La Risorsa selezionata inserita nel Team Operation, si occuperà attivamente della gestione operativa dell’offerta formativa di Dot tramite la piattaforma Forma.Temp, in particolare:

- Supporto alla gestione logística dei corsi sulla piattaforma Forma.Temp;
- Ricerca, selezione e gestione di docenti e discenti;
- Supporto nelle attività legate alla gestione di clienti e docenti;
- Gestione delle iscrizioni e dei partecipanti ai corsi.

**Requisiti**:
**_Chi sei?_**
- Laurea o diploma in ambito HR, Psicologia del lavoro o formazione affini;
- Esperienza mínima di utilizzo della piattaforma Forma.Temp;
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici;
- Attenzione ai dettagli e di organizzazione del lavoro;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- Buone doti comunicative e capacità relazionali;
- Interesse e curiosità per il mondo della formazione.
