Randstad Hr Solutions in looking for an internship the Finance Department of DHL Express Italy, Peschiera Borromeo (MI).

The trainee will have the opportunity to experience the organizational dynamics of a management oriented to support business development working on continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes with the aim to allow the achievement of financial objectives.

Responsabilità

YOUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Acquiring and Developing a knowledge of accounting and administrative processes and underlying logic within a multinational company

Acquire a complete vision of finance dynamics in an express logistics reality

Familiarize yourself with the logic of administrative services in the management of business operations

Develop numerical data analysis and synthesis capabilities

Acquire relational skills within the organization in a multinational context

YOUR TASKS

The intern will see all activities regarding customers accounting with a particular focus on following activities:
Basics of query handling processes

Managing of daily

administrative issues regarding invoices disputes, requests of clarification having the opportunity of relations with customers and internal functions

Ensuring managing of activities with respect of procedures and business goals

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma / Degree

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)

Good knowledge of written and spoken English
