**Junior Client Advisor - Surety Specialty**

- The possibility to start the first months on the Milan Italian Headquarter of Marsh Italy Office to better know and be trained by the central team of the Specialty before moving to Padua Office.
**We will count on you to**:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs;
- Build a deep understanding of clients’ needs and priorities, of risk and industry strategies and solutions to develop and provide placement solutions that meet client needs at the best;
- Present, develop and execute renewal/placement strategies in partnership with Client Executives;
- Interface closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production;
- Keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions;
- Support in the analysis of insurance contracts and ensure compliance with our business protocols and local regulatory requirements.

**What you need to have**:
- University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
