Principali Attività
- Gestire, integrare ed efficientare i processi industriali (logística, produzione, qualità prodotto);
- Gestire i dati di performance dei plants;
- Supportare le aziende del Gruppo nei vari step di transizione e implementazione delle innovazioni riguardanti l'area Operations & Supply Chain;
- Supportare l'Operations Director della BU RTW nell’elaborazione del piano strategico industriale;
- Collaborare con il dipartimento IT per l’integrazione informatica della filiera, attraverso l’analisi dei flussi interni ed esterni;
- Coadiuvare l’industrial engineering nello sviluppo di nuove metodologie di produzione.

Requisiti

**Fondamentali/Must have**
- Laurea in discipline economiche o Ingegneria;
- 3-5 anni di esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi presso aziende del settore moda o in consulenza con un target di clientela operante nella produzione RTW;
- Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese. La conoscenza del francese costituisce un plus.

**Preferenziali/Nice to have**
- Disponibilità a svolgere frequenti trasferte nel territorio nazionale/europeo.

Pacchetto Retributivo

Contratto a tempo indeterminato con una retribuzione elaborata sulla base delle competenze effettivamente maturate + MBO e benefit.
