OTB Spa ricerca un/a **Group Energy Specialist **per il proprio Headquarters di Breganze (VI) da inserire all’interno dell’area Safety & Facility.

Le principali responsabilità saranno:

- Gestire i contratti delle utilities di Gruppo in Italia e all’estero per quanto riguarda la predisposizione dei capitolati di gara, la conservazione dell’elenco POD/PDR aggiornato, l’attivazione/variazione/cessazione delle singole utenze;
- Gestire pratiche, autorizzazioni e tutti i rapporti con gli Enti legati all’energia (GSE, Dogane, ARERA, ex AEEG, GSTAT, TERNA, ecc.) e gestire i processi legati al corretto calcolo di accise/oneri/imposte dovute, in coordinamento con gli uffici Amministrativi interni;
- Garantire la continua e corretta tenuta e compilazione dei registri obbligatori per Normativa relativi agli impianti di produzione;
- Verificare e monitorare i costi energetici e supportare le Legal Entities di Gruppo per la definizione dei budget energetici;
- Gestire e tenere aggiornato il portale interno di “Energy Management”, al fine di garantire la corretta consistenza delle utenze di fornitura e l’elaborazione della reportistica per la Direzione;
- Raccogliere, consolidare e analizzare i dati energetici e ambientali ai fini della redazione annuale dell’EPL (Environmental Profit & Loss) in sinergia con la funzione Sustainability;
- Monitorare i consumi e le produzioni energetiche (impianti fotovoltaici e centrali termoelettriche), controllando i parametri ambientali e i rendimenti;
- Redigere, con il supporto di consulenti esterni, le Diagnosi Energetiche delle sedi aziendali a livello di Gruppo (headquarters, stores, plants, magazzini);
- Promuovere la razionalizzazione nell’uso dell’energia all’interno del Gruppo, con approccio trasversale a Brand, Legal Entities e Countries, definendo linee guida, processi, KPI e best practices;
- Sviluppare studi tecnico-economici per interventi di miglioramento energetico e/o ambientale;
- Project management per progetti di efficientamento energetico e realizzazione di impianti da fonti rinnovabili (es. impianti fotovoltaici).

La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto sia con le figure dell’Area Facility (Facility Manager locali e HSE Manager) sia con le altre funzioni aziendali di riferimento, in particolare Acquisti Indiretti, Finance, Amministrazione, Legal, Sustainability, nonché con consulenti e fornitori.
- Laurea in Ingegneria o equivalente;
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo simile;
- Conoscenza técnica di produzione di energia e della normativa energetica (certificazioni energetiche e diagnosi energetiche);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office;
- Buone doti relazionali, capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
- La certificazione EGE sarà considerata un elemento preferenziale.
