In qualità di Adiministration Specialist sarai inserito in un team di 9 Persone e, riportando al Manager del Reparto, collaborerai con i Colleghi nello svolgimento delle attività contabili e amministrative con l’obiettivo di avere conti in ordine e finanze sotto controllo.

**Cosa farai**:

- ti occuperai della gestione dei cespiti conseguente la cessazione o la variazione del rapporto contrattuale con i Clienti
- parteciperai alle attività relative al ciclo passivo (registrazione fatture di acquisto e cura dei pagamenti ai fornitori)
- parteciperai alle operazioni del ciclo attivo (registrazione fatture e altri documenti amministrativi, gestione incassi, recupero crediti e predisposizione dei decreti ingiuntivi, gestione conferme d’ordine ai Clienti)
- collaborerai alla contabilità generale e alla gestione degli adempimenti civilistici, previdenziali e tributari

**Cosa devi avere/conoscere**:

- diploma di ragioneria o laurea in discipline economiche
- esperienza in ruoli analoghi all’interno di aziende medio grandi o studi professionali strutturati
- competenza nell’uso degli applicativi della Suite di Office (soprattutto di Microsoft Excel)
- capacità di relazionarsi positivamente e di comunicare in modo efficace con stakeholder interni ed esterni all’azienda
- capacità di lavorare per obiettivi misurabili e abilità nella gestione delle priorità
- determinazione, accuratezza, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare efficacemente con dati numerici

**Ed è meglio se hai**:

- conoscenza della lingua inglese
- interesse per l’informatica e le nuove tecnologie
- predisposizione al problem solving
- curiosità e motivazione a esplorare nuove opportunità e affrontare con spirito positivo nuovi compiti
