**Your Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Assistant Guide (Teacher) to support a mixed-age class of toddlers and preschoolers (ages 3-6) in our Montessori environment.

In a Montessori classroom, Guides carefully create an environment that sparks curiosity, fosters independence, and provides individualized support. The guide offers personalized lessons to each child, nurturing their growth and helping them discover the joy of learning. You'll guide children in using materials, encourage exploration, and instill confidence in their abilities.

We're looking for someone who is dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential and thrive in a supportive, child-centered environment.

- Observe children closely to understand and best meet their needs
- Prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration
- Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development
- Form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of collaboration and respect
- **Experience working with children ages 0-6**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
- The willingness to grow and learn
- A valid CPR certification or are willing to become certified prior to start date
