**Job description**:

- Analog designer FE of embedded NVM macrocells position is located at the STMicroelectronics site in Agrate.
- Embedded Non Volatile Memories (eNVM) macrocells IPs are implemented in most ST technologies, starting from BCD6 to BCD10 and to analog technologies like H9A, C090D and BCD40.
- Applications for this eNVM IPs are consolidated and rapidly expanding in all areas of the four market segments addressed by ST: Automotive, Industrial, Personal Electronics, Communications Equipment Computers&Peripherals.

**Profile**:

- The position requires skills in all areas of design, characterization, test and technology understanding.
- Working environment includes interaction with teams located in different countries. Strong team work and communication skills are key aspects.
- Technical skills required are:
- Memory architectures for ePCM and eFlash;
- Analog circuits solutions for voltage regulators, charge pumps, ADC and DAC, etc.;
- Circuits simulation at block level (Eldo) and system level (fast spice and A/D co-simulations);
- Basic knowledge in digital design is also an asset for this position.
- The Other skills required are Fluent English, Microelectronic, Layout, Cadence, Electronics, Analog Electronics, Simulation/Spice/Eldo/HSIM, Electronic Component, Team Work/Cooperation, IC Overall Design Process, knowledge of C++, Adaptability, Flexibility.
