**Job Summary**:
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for cost planning, controlling, Financial management and analysis
- He/She will work in close partnership with Line Managers and other Functions to drive successfully costs controlling and act as business partner to support the organization to achieve Financial and Operational goals
- Capital investment proposal and analysis
- He/She will be in charge of Financial performance (sales, standard and gross margin, Cash flow, function operating costs on a monthly basis).
- Ensure that Financial Results for local legal entity are accurate and in line with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee and responsible for the preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting activities according to US GAAP
- Act as Senior member of the controlling team, working closely and supervisoring the other member of the team
- Be an integral member of new projects to change and improve current processes
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and economic analysis and develop new reports according to team and organization need
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and looking to establish strong efficient processes and compliant with corporate policies. A solid ability to document and evaluate processes, systems and compliance is required including a mindset for continuous improvement

**Expected Areas of Competence**:

- Minimum six years of experience in controlling department in multinational companies
- Degree in Economics or equivalent is required
- Technical proficiency in U.S. GAAP, local requirements and legislation

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Ability to manage a team
- Understanding of SAP (and Hyperion)
- Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and delivery results
- Positive attitude, inclusive working style and effective communication skills are essential
- Analytics skills
