Milano, MilanoWe're looking for a Fleet specialist in Milan:
to be successful in this role, 's not the number of years of experience that will matter but your attitude This role is indeed open to graduates with just a few years of experience but who are hungry to get real exciting stuff done at both hands-on and strategic levels.What you'll do
- Build and coordinate our logistics team from scratch by recruiting and training teams with the support of our local vendor;
- Lead a large and diverse team of drivers and e-bike riders;
- Manage bikes and e-bikes fleet and ensure core KPIs are hit as you are responsible for key parts of the P&L;
- Continuous improvement of our fleet strategy, conduct A/B testing of deployment zones and points together our city manager;
- Be the first point of contact for city officials and emergency forces;
- Get your hands dirty. Work directly with your staff on the ground to supervise the correct usage of our tools, to keep the know-how standard always as high as possible, to convey a "by-example" leadership;
- Done is better than perfect. We need to move fast, but be mindful of our surroundings;
- High school diploma, Bachelor degree is a plus;
- You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders at all levels;
- Proactive, flexible and self-driven working Importante Azienda;
- Knowledgeable with Milan traffic roads & rules (experience of driving in Italy is recommended);
