**CBRE Global Workplace Solutions** è alla ricerca di una risorsa talentuosa da inserire nel nostro team basato a Milano, nel ruolo di **Sourcing Specialist.
- La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Coordinare e gestire tutte le attività di procurement, assicurando un flusso di lavoro fluido e senza intoppi.
- Processare gli ordini di acquisto e monitorarne lo stato per garantire la tempestività delle consegne.
- Supportare il Sourcing Manager nella negoziazione dei termini contrattuali con i fornitori, assicurando condizioni vantaggiose per l’azienda.
- Analizzare e valutare le performance dei fornitori, identificando aree di miglioramento e opportunità di sviluppo.
- Sviluppare strategie innovative per ottimizzare i processi di approvvigionamento e migliorare l’efficienza operativa.
- Collaborare strettamente con i colleghi di altri dipartimenti per prevedere e soddisfare i futuri bisogni di approvvigionamento.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di procurement o simili sarà considerato un plus.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di negoziazione.
- Spiccate doti analitiche e di problem solving.
- Attitudine a lavorare in ambienti dinamici e a gestire le priorità.
