- We're currently looking for an excited and talented and highly skilled FEA-CFD simulation engineer with experience in ANSYS tools at our R&D department in Italy. _In this position, you are responsible to provide design concept for several complex switches like steering wheel switch, Hvac module, WPC and many other products for automotive interiors. You will support project from concept, prototyping till production and validation._

Required Knowledge and Skill Sets:

- Conduct FEA and CFD simulations for automotive components, systems, and assemblies using ANSYS
- Analyze simulation results, interpret data, and provide recommendations for design optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and project managers
- Validate simulation results through physical testing and correlation activities
- Develop and maintain simulation models, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders, including clients
- Document simulation methodologies, results, and conclusions in detailed technical reports

**Experience**:

- 4-6 years’ experience in similar field
- Design experience for Mechanic 3-4 years

**Education**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or any other related field.
- Strong proficiency in FEA and CFD simulation techniques, with hands-on experience using ANSYS tools
- Solid understanding of structural mechanics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with knowledge of automotive components and systems.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) for geometry preparation and modification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation and customization purposes is a plus
